Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information, support, and assistance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolving customer issues and complaints to their satisfaction

  • Maintaining thorough knowledge of our products and services

  • Processing orders and returns accurately and efficiently

  • Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers as appropriate

  • Gathering and documenting customer feedback

  • Providing assistance and support to team members as needed


  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult customers

  • Proficiency with computers and basic office software

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
