Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing leads and opportunities, guiding potential clients through the sales process, and reaching out to leads through phone calls and trade shows. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage leads and opportunities in Salesforce
Guide potential clients from lead to introduction meeting with a product owner
Make outbound calls to potential leads to generate interest and schedule meetings
Attend trade shows and networking events to generate leads
Follow up with leads and maintain relationships to ensure continued interest
Collaborate with sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
Provide regular updates to management on sales activity and progress
Qualifications:
Proven track record of sales success
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in Salesforce consulting is a plus
